Order & Refunds

Fitment Fee : A fixed Amount of fitment fee will be charged for ordering 2 tyres or less (i.e 100/tyre includes tyre balancing & fitment ) . The fees is displayed on the checkout page just before you confirm your order . Please review all the amounts on this page carefully before submitting your order to us.

Payment : At the time of placing an order with us if the order amount exceeds 14000 for COD(cash on delivery) or POD(pay on delivery) , you have to make an initial payment for an amount of 2000 or more for security reasons , which will be adjusted at the time of delivery only or will be refunded in case of order cancelation within 7 working hours, the initial payment amount will be displayed on the site at the time of checkout .

Payments are accepted by all debit or credit cards issued by Visa or Mastercard and are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. You will have to pay the remaining amount for an order to our service crew before they start working on your vehicle. This can be paid either in cash or by a Visa or Mastercard issued debit or credit card.

We might ask for 15% advance from the customer in the event of COD or POD order , if the Amount exceeds 35000 and the same will be displayed on the site while checking out.

We do not accept cheques and demand drafts. Please help our service crew by keeping an appropriate payment method ready with you at the appointed time of servicing.

 

Place and time of servicing

You will receive a phone call from our customer service team to confirm the date & time you’ve chosen, and all the necessary information. Our Service crew will contact you before the delivery will be attempted at your selected time and location .

 

Please note the following points about scheduling the visit.

    1. Please ensure that the location you chose on the delivery location tracker be correct , and the space should have ample space for parking our servicing van next to your vehicle. If prior permission is required for vehicles to enter the premises, please obtain the necessary permission beforehand.

    2. Please ensure that the location chosen by you allows our service crew to work on your vehicle, including hoisting it on supports, clamps and jacks. Multi-level parking lots are not suitable for proper service.

    3. Please keep cash or a valid Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card ready for making a payment for your purchase , ensuring that the card has sufficient funds for the payment. We do not accept cheques or demand drafts so please assist our service crew by making the payment before getting the tyres changed.

    4. You can reschedule the visit at most 2 times, provided you give us a call atleast 6 working hours before the scheduled time for servicing your vehicle.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

In case you have placed an order and do not wish to avail of the purchased products, please call our customer services number to cancel your order no later than 12 hours prior to the appointed time for servicing your vehicle.

 

REFUNDS: For cancellations made more than 12hours prior to the appointed time for servicing your vehicle, we will refund the entire payment made by you when placing the order, including the booking amount and the facilitation fee.

 

For refund and cancelations made less then 12 hours prior to the appointed time for servicing your vehicle, you will forfeit the booking amount and the fitment fees as well if ordered less then 2 tyres and the rest amount if paid will refunded in your account within 15 working days .

 

RETURNS: We take great care before shipping our products to you . However , we advise you to check the products at the time of delivery , including the size , manufacturing date model, ISI mark etc. before our crew puts them on your vehicle to ensure that the products are in a condition that is up to your satisfaction.

 

If you are not happy with the products condition or find any fault with the tyre brand or model or the manufacturing dates, please inform our service crew and we will be happy to provide a replacement and on that time (IST). Please note that we will accept replacements only for genuine issues with the products presented for inspection.

 

If your product is under the warranty period, customer can avail a “service tyre” in lieu of its product for the time at Rs 300-1000/tyre(depending on tyre type and this does not include fitment and balancing of the service tyre only includes delivery of the service tyre and pick up of the defected tyres only), for the convenience and use by the customer. Hence, establishing end to end customer service. If your product gets replaced from the tyre manufacturer , service charge of Rs300-1000/ tyre ( depending on tyre type) shall be waived off and refunded as credit amount in your account in next 5 working days.If during this time of use by the customer , the tyre gets damaged , the customer will have to pay ,double of the amount so charged by us, in order to compensate the same .

 

Once the product has been fitted to your vehicle , we will not be able to consider any returns , except for warranty claims.

 

Warranty :

All tyres available on tyrewaale.com come with their respective Manufacturer Warranty as per their policies.

 Manufacturer Warranty

This covers any manufacturing defects such as joint issues, thread issue etc.

Your tyre will be replaced by manufacturer after their inspection, if it matches the warranty policy of manufacturer.

 Unconditional Warranty

This covers any type of damage to your tyre. As name suggests; it’s unconditional.

Your tyre will be replaced by manufacturer after their inspection, if it matches the warranty policy of manufacturer.
Unconditional warranty upto 50% wear or for 2 years from date of purchase, whichever is earlier

Simple steps to claim your warranty.

1. You need to contact tyrewaale.com with original bill/purchase invoice proof.

2. Fill claim adjustment details asked by tyrewaale.com via email

3. Send the tyre to tyrewaale.com (freight cost will be borne by the us).

4. Tyrewaale.com will send the claim tyre to the Tyre Manufacturer for inspection of the tyre and claim processing. Eligibility for coverage under the warranty will be decided by Manufacturer and not by tyrewaale.com

5. Tyre manufacturer generally adjust claim tyres on pro-rata basis. They calculate the amount to be compensated based on remaining tread depth measurement.

6. Claim rejected tyre remains the property of the customer.tyrewaale . com will not be responsible/liable for loss or damage.

7. Claim approved tyre will become the property of the respective tyre manufacturer.

8. All applicable charges and taxes shall be borne by the customer.

9. Any decision made by the respective tyre manufacturer regarding the claim will be sole and final.
