Introducing Honda Elevate: Unveiling a Strong Competitor to Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, and Grand Vitara SUVs with Impressive Features and Design

Honda Cars India is preparing to launch its latest SUV, the Honda Elevate, in the Indian automobile market. This new SUV model aims to challenge the leading contenders in the segment, including Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Skoda Kushaq, Volkswagen Taigun, and MG Astor. Honda currently does not offer any SUVs in the country, as the CR-V, Mobilio, and BR-V were eventually discontinued.

Although the car has been unveiled for the global market, it will initially be available for purchase in India. The bookings for the Honda Elevate will commence in July 2023.

Honda Elevate Design:

The Honda Elevate boasts a striking front fascia featuring a large black radiator grille. It has alloy wheels, black fog lamp housing, LED taillights, integrated LED daytime running lights, and LED headlights. The SUV’s robust character lines and black cladding perfectly embody its SUV identity.

Honda Elevate Dimensions:

Measuring at 4,312 mm in length, 1,790 mm in width, and 1,650 mm in height, the Honda Elevate offers generous proportions for a comfortable and spacious ride.

Honda Elevate Powertrain:

Under the hood, the Honda Elevate is powered by a 1.5-liter DOHC i-VTEC petrol engine, which is also found in the Honda City sedan. This engine delivers an impressive power output of 121 PS and a torque of 145.1 Nm. It is available with a six-speed manual gearbox and an advanced CVT option. Additionally, the possibility of a hybrid variant, similar to the one featured in the Honda City, may be explored in the future.

Honda Elevate Features:

The Elevate comes equipped with a range of high-tech features, including a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a seven-inch HD color TFT instrument cluster, and wireless smartphone integration technology. It also incorporates Honda Connect, offering connected features such as geo-fencing and emergency assistance.

Honda Elevate Safety:

Honda Elevate prioritizes safety by incorporating the Honda Sensing technology suite. This suite encompasses advanced safety technologies like Collision Mitigation Braking and lane-keeping assistance. The SUV also features a pedestrian injury mitigation system, reverse parking sensors, and a camera to enhance overall safety.
